50 minute in-person or virtual appointment: $145

Sliding scale:

I offer a limited number of reduced rate spots to help make my services more accessible. I use the Green Bottle Sliding Scale Method. It allows clients to self-select the category they best fall into and the pay range that feels most comfortable to them. See an image of the scale by clicking here. I can slide between $100-$145.

Insurance:

I am private pay and out of network for all insurance through Julie Villarreal Psychotherapy, though I can provide a superbill for you to submit for potential reimbursement.

I am paneled with a few insurances if you work with me through Vida Clinic: Aetna, Curative, First Health, and Meritain.
